Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of services provided by Fertilizer Nigeria ("Company"). By accessing and using the Company's services, including the website located at fertilizer.com.ng ("Website"), all users ("Patrons") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to Patrons. Such amendments shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.

1. Website Registration and Use

1.1. Upon completing the registration process on the Website, an individual becomes a Patron of Fertilizer Nigeria. Registration through any other platform does not confer Patron status associated with fertilizer.com.ng.

1.2. Patrons are required to complete a profile form to update their profile and receive wallet details, enabling them to fund their wallet at their discretion.

1.3. Patrons may be requested to update their profile information at any time as deemed necessary by the Company.

2. Payments

2.1. Patrons may fund their account by depositing into the assigned wallet details or using their ATM card.

2.2. All funds that remain unused will be visible in the Patron's wallet. Details regarding the funding process can be accessed on the Funding History Page of the Website.

2.3. The Company may, at its discretion, transfer commissions, bonuses, or other forms of rewards to the Patron's wallet. Such transfers are not automatic and shall occur at times specified by the Company.

3. Transactions

3.1. Transactions may only be conducted using the balance in the Patron's wallet and include the purchase of products or services and, where applicable, transportation costs.

3.2. Patrons have the option to arrange for their own transportation of products, thereby exempting themselves from transportation fees.

3.3. The Company reserves the right to issue refunds within 48 hours if the product purchased is more expensive than the price paid, subject to the terms herein.

4. Patron Information

4.1. Patron information is collected solely for the purpose of managing customer relationships with the Company.

4.2. Patron information shall not be sold to any third parties.

4.3. Patron information may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies upon official request.

5. Rewards

5.1. Reward balances may be transferred to the Patron's registered account number or wallet for transaction purposes.

5.2. Loyalty rewards are payable on fixed dates in December or during the Muslim Ramadan Period, as selected by the Patron in their profile.

6. Refund Policy

6.1. Patrons may request a refund under the following conditions:

• If the funds have not been utilized for an order and remain in the wallet, a refund can be requested via the transaction history page.
• If the funds have been utilized for an order, the order must first be canceled (accessible in the order history) to return the funds to the Patron's account, after which a refund can be requested via the transaction history page.

6.2. All refunds are subject to a 5% administrative fee and will be processed back to the originating account.

6.3. Orders that are in transit are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Patron and Fertilizer Nigeria concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
